Named after the woman who taught Chef Jean-Christophe Henry the art of crêpe-making in his hometown of Brittany, the space reflects his deep culinary roots. Exposed brick walls, a chalkboard detailing the history of crêpes, and an open kitchen framed by a wooden counter evoke the warmth of a convivial French bistro, blending authenticity with a welcoming neighborhood charm.
