Located in the heart of Greenpoint Historic District, this four-stories townhouse was converted into a single unit family home. Using warm & natural materials to balance the clean & modern lines, the renovation preserved some historic details of the row house. The open staircase connecting the floors acts as a unifying exposed-brick centerpiece, while the large skylight above the stairs floods the whole house with bright daylight.
